Goals

1. To provide a flexible, interdisciplinary and quality engineering background that helps smooth the student’s transition to a degree-granting institution.
2. To provide opportunities for students to enhance employment options in the public, industrial and commercial workforce sectors.

The pre-engineering courses are transferrable to engineering degree-granting programs. In accord with the Association Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) guidelines for accreditation, the pre-engineering courses will provide the foundation for obtaining an engineering degrees.
