HUSC 4660 - Food Service/Restaurant Management InternshipCredits: 12 Students are required to obtain a total of twelve (12) credit hours (320 clock hours minimum) of supervised work experience in an approved off-campus foodservice establishment prior to graduation. The hospitality internship experience may be obtained during the summer session, during studies or after completion of course work, but must be completed prior to graduation.
