GAQF 5440 - Aquatic Chemistry and Analysis

The physical, chemical, biological, and hydrological characteristics of surface water systems will be reviewed. Specific attention will be given to procedures that evaluate interactions among water, soils, and biota that provide the driving forces behind overall productivity of aquatic systems and carrying capacity of pond aquaculture facilities. This course will be useful to all aquaculture and fisheries scientists. Offered fall semester of even years.
