This course is a continuation of CPSC 3310 with the emphasis on security strategies in web applications and social networking. The course will explore the evolution of computing communications and social networking from the information security perspective. The course will include risks, threats, vulnerabilities associated with web-enabled applications, social networking applications, counter-measures to protect your privacy and endpoint device communications security, especially greatest business challenge; securing the mobile user.
