CPSC 3362 - Special Topics/JavaCredits: 3 Prerequisites: Prerequisite: proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (CPSC 2300 or CPSC 2301 or CPSC 2322 ). Introduction to the fundamentals of object oriented programming using JAVA. Covers the design of applications and applets as well as the object oriented concepts of classes, methods, inheritance and polymorphism.
Lecture: Three hours of lecture per week, supplemented by independent laboratory assignments.
