PHYS 4352 - Introduction to Solid State Physics

Credits: 3
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: PHYS 4311 .
This introductory level course includes crystal structure, x-ray diffraction, lattice vibration, band theory, free electron model, semiconductor, superconductor, and electromagnetic properties.

Lecture: 3 hours lecture per week.
